Riding Lessons
Our goal is to produce a skilled, safe, and responsible riders, by encouraging, challenging, and energizing their love of horses. Students learn safety, proper horse care and ground skills while they learn basic riding mechanics. Beginner lessons are done on the lunge line, where they can concentrate on their tasks without worrying about trying to also guide their horse.
Jenna has a goal-oriented teaching style which gives riders the opportunity to create their own aspirations as a rider. Jenna helps each student learn the steps they need to accomplish to reach their goal and explains how to achieve them and why each step is necessary. Jenna ensures that riders spend the time it takes to do each phase correctly before moving on to the next phase. Lessons are fun and flexible, and develop riders with a great deal of balance, feel and understanding of the aids.
With years of experience, she offers beginner through advanced lessons in a variety of disciplines including horsemanship, jumping, pleasure, and performance. Lessons are given in an atmosphere of respect, patience, encouragement and fun, by a instructor who know what it takes to reach your riding goals, and who passionately loves instructing.
